Controller and contact

DÉTAIL HOUSE processes the information you submit through the website form or by email. Questions about your data can be sent to contact@detail-house.be.

02

Information collected

We may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, project location, property type, scope of work, timing, budget and message.

Optional information may be left blank.

03

Purpose and legal basis

The information is used only to understand your enquiry, assess whether the project matches our services, prepare a conversation and provide the pre-contractual follow-up you requested.

The consent checkbox confirms that you agree to be contacted about this enquiry.

04

Audience measurement

We use Plausible Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and which actions lead to a project enquiry.

This measurement uses no cookies or persistent identifier. Your name, contact details, message and form values are not sent to Plausible.

05

Recipients and retention

Access is limited to DÉTAIL HOUSE and technical providers needed to operate the form, host the site and deliver emails. Data is not sold.

It is kept only as long as necessary to assess and follow up the project and meet applicable obligations, then removed when no longer needed.

06

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

07

Reasonable measures are used to limit unauthorised access, loss or alteration of information.

This notice may change if the site’s tools or practices change. The date above will identify the latest version.
