An ongoing commercial renovation bringing together ceiling, floor, services, bespoke furniture and personalised decoration.
The project story
Originally, the unit has a narrow circulation route, mixed floor finishes, a partially open suspended ceiling and exposed services without a coherent visual language. It can function, but does not yet express the precision expected from a tattoo studio.
The project therefore treats ceiling, floor, electrical work and plumbing together with the future bespoke furniture and decoration. The goal is an identifiable, welcoming and practical environment.

The challenge
Existing networks, narrow passages and uneven levels of finish must be addressed as one project. Technical choices need to anticipate lighting, furniture and the studio’s daily use.
Our response
The first phase creates clearer surfaces and circulation with a new timber-look floor, prepared walls, a rebuilt ceiling and adapted services. Bespoke furniture and personalised decoration will then structure reception and work areas.

Site leadership
Tiago Miguel directly follows progress, interfaces between trades and finishes. The client is not passed from a sales contact to an anonymous team: continuity remains throughout the build.
