The challenge
Maintaining an exact rhythm across a long wall.
Spacing, vertical lines, corner returns and technical openings had to remain coherent across the entire surface. The quality lies in exact repetition and discreet junctions.

Delivered · Joinery · Professional fit-out
A focused joinery intervention combining smooth timber panels and bespoke vertical slatted cladding in a healthcare setting.
The project story
DÉTAIL HOUSE was responsible exclusively for the timber wall finishes within a wider hospital project. Our package was fully completed when these photographs were taken, while other trades continued work on their own areas.
The composition pairs large vertically grained panels with a long slatted wall. Both finishes share the same warm tone and form a precise visual continuity across corners and changes of plane.
Professional project completed in a healthcare setting in Belgium. The institution remains confidential.
The challenge
Spacing, vertical lines, corner returns and technical openings had to remain coherent across the entire surface. The quality lies in exact repetition and discreet junctions.
Our response
Each area was set out before installation to maintain slat alignment and panel continuity. Cut-outs around services, corners and end conditions were treated as integral parts of the composition.
Work completed
Panels · slats · details
The photographs show the completed joinery package. The floor, ceiling and visible services belonged to other contractors and remained in progress.
Precise execution
Tiago Miguel directly follows setting-out, cut-outs and junctions so the timber composition remains coherent down to the last detail.
